Relocation:

Our total fee is one month’s rent + TVA @ 7.6% We require an up-front, non-refundable deposit of CHF 1,000 which will enable us to start our search immediately.

This deposit will of course be deductable from our final Invoice. You will only be invoiced once you have signed the rental contract for the property of your choice.

Included in our total fee is one month’s worth of our Concierge Service, starting from the start date of your rental contract. This service will guarantee you that we will be there to assist with any of the normal problems which can arise during or just after a house move, as well as managing the added possibility of problems of moving to a new country.

Concierge Service:

This service is available in blocks of 4 hours. The price for one block is CHF 300. We would like the opportunity to sit down with you to discuss your specific requirements and maybe see if our Annual Subscription Service would be more suitable for you.

Project Management/
Events Co-Ordination:

All projects are considered on viability and feasibility. Project Management will be billed on an hourly rate of CHF 100. You will receive an Estimate before commencement of any work.
The final Invoice might differ from this due to any changes which may be made during the progression of the Project but any changes will be discussed with you before going ahead.
