At Clevercompany concierge we understand the pressure and time constraints both our individual and corporate clients face on a daily basis.

It is Clevercompany’s mission to find solutions and alleviate these burdens by providing an individually tailored service to facilitate each client’s requirements. All tasks are executed in an exacting style and discreet manner.

We cannot only find solutions to the most immediate practical problems (where to find a good plumber, nanny, administration) but also those of a more extraordinary and difficult nature.

Our new structure will provide you with an increasingly efficient service alleviating the day to day hassles of every day life and providing solutions with an individually tailored service to facilitate your specific requirements. *

In addition to our existing services, we are now able to offer you the following packages:

Yearly Membership: A yearly membership with Clevercompany begins with a CHF 300 membership fee** which includes a consultation in which we sit down and discus how you can benefit from our services. The asset of this is you get more hours for your money plus you can tailor make your concierge service.

Blocked hours: You buy an amount of hours (in blocks of 4) and these can be used when and as wished.***

One off jobs: We are happy to work for clients on an hourly basis if they have one off jobs that need to be done. For this the charge is 100chf/hour.

Property Management

• Overseeing of tenants in rented properties
• Arrangement of all day to day maintenance including overseeing all subcontractors to include best deal negotiations
• Meeting all deliveries to the property
• Organising all gardening including swimming pool and tennis court maintenance.

Personal and Domestic

• Arranging all personal filing and administration including; payment of bills, translation from French-English of mail
• PA and secretarial services
• Extensive research for following establishments: schools, gyms, French teachers, music teachers etc.
• Information on doctors, dentists and other health care needs
• Arranging dry cleaning drop-off and pick up

Personal Shopping

• Household appliances
• Gym and Sports equipment
• Gifts, flowers etc.
• Any common or obscure item

Entertainment

• Arrangement of all parties and dinners
• Booking of theatre, cinema, music, sporting events etc. tickets
• Gift shopping and wrapping

Living in Geneva

• Advise on all Swiss procedures, permits, car registration, importing goods etc.
